
A class designed for athletes to help increase range of motion, focus on breathing, mental focus, and rehab/prehab those nagging injuries. This is designed to help athletes get the most out of their training, and to keep them pain free in their sport.


ATHLETES
No experience necessary! If you have an athlete looking to increase speed, agility, and strenght, you've come to the right place! Our coaches will work with your athlete to build confidence and skill to allow them to grow their athletic abilities.
New athletes can expect to run, jump, throw, squat, hinge, push, pull, and hit core work every week.
For experienced athletes looking to become elite, you are at the right place! Following the same formatting, we will push your progressions and track results to ensure results! Experienced athletes will be expected to use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other equipment in the gym.

Athletics and fitness have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I knew the importance of sport specific training, but didn’t understand the role of athletic strength training and how it can accelerate development. After my playing career ended in college, I jumped head first into strength and conditioning training to uncover the impacts performance training has on athletic development. After years of first hand experience, I decided to open Legit Performance Training in order to provide an opportunity for youth athletes to learn how to really increase speed, power, and overall athleticism.

CAMILLE PHELAN
Assistant Coach
Camille joined Legit Performance after finishing her collegiate ice hockey career at Connecticut College where she served as a team captain. She has coached within youth athletics since 2014, working as a skating instructor, hockey camp counselor, and Special Olympics volunteer. Upon joining Legit in 2023, she has helped athletes recognize and develop their athletic potential and abilities.
Nutritional Coaching
If you have an athlete that is looking to take their performance and training to the next level, Legit Performance Training can help provide custom meal plans designed to fuel performance and recovery. Each plan includes a custom assessment based on goals, meal examples based on foods they enjoy, shopping lists, and recommended supplements. A must for any High School athlete looking for serious results and performance!
